The following sports awards are given by Maharashtra government to the sports people, who have made notable contributions to the state’s sport field. 

1. Shiv Chhatrapati State Sports Lifetime Achievement Award – Rs. 5 lakhs per awardee 

2. Best Sports Coach Award – Rs. 3 lakhs per awardee 

3. Shiv Chatrapati State Sports Award – Rs. 3 lakhs per awardee 

4. District Sports Award - Rs.10,000 per awardee.
